I baked them instead of deep-frying them, but you can also air-fry them.

How To Make The Goat Cheese Sauce

As goat cheese ripens, the flavors will deepen making the tartness sharper and earthiness more pronounced. Goat cheese is also called Chevre.

Goat’s cheese is also categorized into soft cheeses and hard aged cheeses under the term chevre, a culinary term.

Cheeses made from goats are made all over the world, including blue, brie, cheddar, and gouda, which are well-known.

This sauce tastes best when made with fresh or young goat’s cheese. This creamy rindless cheese is aged for only a few days, resulting in the mildest flavor and the best spreadability.

As the most common type of Chevre, it is often sold in a log shape, either as a plain cheese or mixed with fresh herbs.

To make the sauce you will have to blend: 

  • Goat cheese is soft and creamy

  • Milk

  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice

You can pair this sauce with any type of fries, including veggie fries, such as carrot or parsnip fries.
